Your pharmacy. At your door.

You do not always have time to visit a pharmacy. Dalany offers delivery to homes and workplaces across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Our physical branches are in Erbil, Khabat and Ranya; the delivery service helps us reach customers beyond those neighbourhoods.

Send your location before confirming an order. The team will check arrangements for your exact address, including the delivery fee and expected timing. The map on this page illustrates a journey from our Brayati branch in Erbil; it is not a live view of a driver or a delivery estimate.

A product name alone may not identify the exact item. Include the strength, form, pack size and quantity, or a clear photo of the packaging. A pharmacist can discuss questions about a medicine before the team confirms what can be supplied.

Availability, delivery fee and timing are confirmed with you before you commit.

Starting a WhatsApp conversation is an enquiry. Your order is confirmed only after you and the team agree the items and delivery arrangements. For any item needing special handling, ask the pharmacist whether delivery is suitable for your destination.

In Erbil, send the neighbourhood and a map pin, then add a recognisable nearby landmark and the building or floor if needed. If the address is outside Erbil, name the city first. A workplace address should include the company or entrance the courier should use and a contact number for arrival.

Before confirming, ask for four things together: the exact items, the product total, the delivery fee and the expected arrival. Confirm the available payment method at the same time. Keep the product enquiry and address in the same conversation so the agreed destination is clear.
